Across the education ecosystem, conversations often happen in silos. The people shaping decisions rarely have the opportunity to learn from one another. Kalvi Kural is Madhi Foundation's flagship symposium on Foundational Learning, created to bridge that distance.

This year's theme, "From Forests to Seeds," invites us to see education as a connected ecosystem. We begin by examining the forces shaping foundational learning, move through the systems that turn ideas into action, and arrive at the realities of classrooms, schools, families, and communities. The journey ends with the seeds of change, where reflection and student voices shape the ideas and commitments we carry forward.

This year, we are reimagining what an education convening can be. Alongside researchers, policymakers, funders, and sector leaders, we are bringing teachers, students, parents, instructional coaches, district officials, and practitioners into the heart of the conversation.
